Res Diachronicae welcomes works on issues concerning the diachrony of the Spanish language and the methods and lines of research of the historical and historiographical approaches to linguistics. The journal accepts two types of contributions: on the one hand, it publishes research articles related to the aforementioned lines of research and, on the other hand, reviews of works related to the same subject. It is also possible to ask the editorial board to publish profiles of scientific meetings.
Published in digital format, Res Diachronicae allows free and open access to all its content on the principle that this contributes to the exchange of global knowledge. Res Diachronicae does not charge authors for processing (APC) or for the publication of articles. In this way, AJIHLE aims to provide the linguistic community with an effective means of contributing to the development of linguistic historiography and the history of language, as well as to promote and publicise new lines of research within historical language studies.
