Preliminary considerations to send contributions

Texts must be adjusted to the layout and guidelines contained in our Style sheet (the file can be used as a template).

The editorial team, receiving the proposal for the article, review, or reports of a scientific meeting, can give back to the author the file of his or her text if it needs to meet the editorial rules contained in the Style Sheet sufficiently. Once they make up for the indicated points, the proposal will be admitted to be evaluated by the two reviewers of the scientific committee.

Along with the file of the article, review, or reports of a scientific meeting, another document must be submitted in which the author provides the following information: title of the contribution, translation of the title into English, name and surname, institution, ORCID number, and e-mail address.

Works should be sent without any reference to the author, institution to which it belongs or the research groups or project in which one participates. Acknowledgments to people or institutions should be omitted in the first manuscript to ensure the anonymity of the text. All these references can be included once the works have been returned to the authors with the reviewers’ evaluations.

Res Diachronicae’s language is Spanish. Works must be unpublished and not be submitted for review for publication in another journal. Sending of publishing proposals will therefore imply acceptance of the journal’s code of ethics, based on the code of conduct of the Committee on Publications Ethics (COPE).
